These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, services, software tools, and AI-assisted systems operated under the DLZFW brand.

DLZFW is operated by Yifeng Cross-border Trade Limited (“DLZFW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using DLZFW services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About DLZFW

DLZFW provides digital business services including, but not limited to:

WordPress website development
Shopify store development and optimization
Independent website development
E-commerce website solutions
Brand and visual design
SEO and GEO optimization
Website conversion optimization
Overseas market development
AI-assisted lead research and business development services

DLZFW also operates DLZFW AI, an internal business intelligence, market research, demand analysis, and workflow support system used by authorized DLZFW personnel.

DLZFW AI is not a product of Google or YouTube and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

2. DLZFW AI

DLZFW AI may be used internally to assist authorized personnel with activities such as:

discovering publicly available online business content;
identifying market trends and commercial demand signals;
analyzing business-related questions, needs, and pain points;
classifying and prioritizing potential business opportunities;
generating AI-assisted summaries and recommendations;
preparing business development and communication drafts;
organizing business research information;
supporting internal customer relationship management workflows.

AI-generated classifications, scores, recommendations, summaries, and other analysis are created independently by DLZFW AI.

They are not generated, verified, endorsed, or provided by Google or YouTube.

3. Use of YouTube API Services

Certain DLZFW AI functions may use YouTube API Services to access publicly available YouTube data and, where applicable, authorized account functionality.

Use of features involving YouTube API Services is also subject to:

DLZFW will use YouTube API Services in accordance with applicable Google and YouTube requirements.

DLZFW does not claim ownership of YouTube content, YouTube user information, or data provided through YouTube API Services.

4. Google and YouTube Account Authorization

Certain features may require authorization through Google OAuth.

Where OAuth authorization is used:

the account holder must explicitly authorize the requested permissions;
DLZFW does not request or store the user’s Google account password;
access is limited to the permissions granted by the authorized account holder;
authorized users may revoke access through their Google Account settings;
DLZFW may stop accessing account-related information after authorization is revoked.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google and YouTube accounts.

5. YouTube Content and Account Actions

Where an authorized YouTube account is connected to DLZFW AI, the system may support authorized personnel in preparing or performing permitted account actions.

Such actions may include, where supported and authorized:

reviewing relevant YouTube content;
preparing response drafts;
reviewing comments;
assisting with communication workflows;
publishing authorized replies or other permitted account actions.

All use must comply with applicable YouTube policies.

DLZFW prohibits use of its systems for:

spam;
deceptive engagement;
misleading promotional activity;
harassment;
unauthorized account access;
artificial engagement;
abusive automated activity;
attempts to bypass platform restrictions or API quotas.

6. AI-Generated Information

DLZFW AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with analysis and workflow decisions.

AI-generated results may include:

demand classifications;
intent assessments;
opportunity scores;
summaries;
suggested responses;
recommendations;
internal prioritization information.

AI-generated information may contain errors, incomplete interpretations, or inaccurate assumptions.

Authorized personnel should review material AI-generated output before relying on it for important business decisions or external communications.

7. Independent Analysis and Derived Information

DLZFW AI may create independent analytical information based on permitted source data.

Examples may include:

business-demand scores;
intent classifications;
service-fit assessments;
opportunity prioritization;
market-demand categories;
internal workflow recommendations.

Such information is independently produced by DLZFW AI and must not be interpreted as data supplied or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

8. Acceptable Use

Users and authorized personnel must not use DLZFW services to:

violate applicable laws or regulations;
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
access data or accounts without authorization;
collect or misuse personal information unlawfully;
distribute unsolicited or abusive spam;
misrepresent identity or affiliation;
create deceptive engagement;
interfere with third-party systems;
circumvent API limits or technical restrictions;
misuse Google or YouTube API data;
use the services for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity.

DLZFW may restrict or terminate access where misuse is detected.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

DLZFW handles personal information and service-related data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we may:

collect information;
use information;
store information;
secure information;
process API-related data;
handle account authorization;
process deletion or access requests.

Where YouTube API Services are involved, YouTube API data will be handled in accordance with applicable YouTube API policies and requirements.

10. Third-Party Services

DLZFW services may integrate with third-party platforms and technologies, including:

Google
YouTube
cloud hosting providers
artificial intelligence service providers
analytics services

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, technical restrictions, and availability.

DLZFW is not responsible for outages, restrictions, suspensions, policy changes, API limitations, or other actions controlled by third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, DLZFW owns or lawfully uses the intellectual property associated with:

DLZFW branding;
original website content;
internal software;
workflow designs;
system interfaces;
documentation;
AI-assisted business processes;
proprietary analysis methods.

Third-party trademarks, content, software, APIs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants DLZFW ownership over Google or YouTube intellectual property.

12. Website Development and Professional Services

Certain DLZFW services may be provided under separate proposals, quotations, project agreements, invoices, or commercial contracts.

Project-specific agreements may define:

scope of work;
project schedule;
pricing;
payment terms;
revision limits;
deliverables;
hosting arrangements;
technical support;
maintenance responsibilities.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement may supplement these Terms.

13. No Guarantee of Results

DLZFW provides professional services and technical tools intended to assist business operations.

However, we do not guarantee specific results including:

customer acquisition;
sales revenue;
advertising performance;
search engine rankings;
AI search visibility;
website traffic;
conversion rates;
social media responses;
lead generation volume;
business profitability.

Results may depend on market conditions, third-party platforms, customer behavior, competition, business strategy, and other factors outside our control.

14. Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary because of:

maintenance;
technical changes;
security requirements;
legal requirements;
third-party API changes;
platform policy changes;
service availability;
business requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.

15. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

You must not:

share unauthorized credentials;
attempt to access restricted systems;
interfere with system security;
exploit vulnerabilities;
attempt to bypass access controls.

If you believe a DLZFW service or account has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

16. Suspension and Termination

DLZFW may suspend or terminate access to services where:

these Terms are violated;
applicable laws are violated;
third-party platform policies are violated;
security risks are identified;
fraudulent or abusive activity occurs.

Google, YouTube, and other third-party platforms may independently restrict or terminate access to their services under their own policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yifeng Cross-border Trade Limited, DLZFW, and their personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

This may include loss of:

profits;
revenue;
business opportunities;
data;
anticipated savings;
goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made to reflect:

service developments;
legal requirements;
security requirements;
Google or YouTube policy changes;
third-party service changes;
business operations.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Terms

These Terms apply to the DLZFW websites, DLZFW AI, and related services operated by Yifeng Cross-border Trade Limited, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
