DLZFW provides digital business services including:

- AI-assisted business research and workflow support.
DLZFW AI is an internal business intelligence, market research, demand analysis, and workflow support system used by authorized DLZFW personnel.
DLZFW AI may use third-party services, including Google and YouTube API Services, to support permitted internal workflows.
DLZFW AI is not a Google or YouTube product and is not endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Google or YouTube.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how our services are used, we may process the following categories of information.
2.1 Information Provided Directly to DLZFW
This may include:
- name;
- business name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- business contact information;
- website address;
- project requirements;
- service inquiries;
- communications with DLZFW;
- information submitted through forms or customer service channels.
We use this information to provide requested services, communicate with customers, prepare proposals, provide technical support, and manage business relationships.

Depending on the function being used, DLZFW AI may access limited YouTube API Data such as:
- publicly available video titles;
- video identifiers;
- channel identifiers;
- publicly available channel information;
- video URLs;
- publication dates;
- public video statistics;
- publicly available comments;
- comment identifiers;
- publicly displayed commenter names or channel names;
- information returned through authorized Google or YouTube account access.
DLZFW accesses only data made available through applicable YouTube API Services and within the permissions granted to our API Client.
5. How YouTube Data Is Used
YouTube API Data may be used for permitted internal purposes such as:
- discovering publicly available videos relevant to business topics;
- identifying general market topics and business demand;
- reviewing public discussions related to websites, e-commerce, Shopify, WordPress, SEO, GEO, overseas business, and related topics;
- organizing business research;
- generating internal summaries;
- supporting internal workflow prioritization;
- preparing communication drafts for review by authorized DLZFW personnel;
- monitoring the operation of authorized YouTube-related workflows.
We do not sell YouTube API Data as a standalone product.
6. Public YouTube Comments and Business-Demand Analysis
DLZFW AI may temporarily process publicly available YouTube comments to identify general business topics, questions, pain points, and market-demand signals.
The purpose of this processing is to support internal market research and business development workflows.
DLZFW does not use YouTube API Services to create permanent personal profiles of YouTube users.
Where publicly displayed usernames or channel identifiers are processed as part of YouTube API Data, they are used only as necessary for the applicable workflow and are subject to the retention and deletion practices described in this Privacy Policy.
7. AI-Assisted Analysis
DLZFW AI may use artificial intelligence to generate independent internal analysis, including:
- demand categories;
- intent assessments;
- opportunity classifications;
- service-fit analysis;
- summaries;
- response drafts;
- internal prioritization recommendations.
These outputs are generated by DLZFW AI and are not YouTube data and are not provided, verified, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Where independent DLZFW AI analysis is displayed alongside YouTube API Data, it should be understood as DLZFW’s own analysis.
8. Google OAuth and Authorized Data
Certain DLZFW AI functions may require Google OAuth authorization.
When Google OAuth is used:
- users are shown the permissions requested;
- users must explicitly authorize access;
- DLZFW only accesses information permitted by the granted authorization;
- DLZFW does not request, collect, or store a user’s Google or YouTube password;
- authorization tokens are used only for purposes consistent with the permissions granted.
YouTube Developer Policies prohibit API Clients from collecting or storing YouTube login credentials and require users to retain control over authorized account actions.
9. Revoking Google or YouTube Authorization
Users may revoke DLZFW AI’s access to their Google Account through Google’s account security settings.

If authorization is revoked, DLZFW will stop using the revoked authorization and will delete applicable Authorized Data in accordance with YouTube API Services policies.
YouTube currently requires API Clients to provide an understandable revocation mechanism and remove data associated with revoked authorization within the applicable policy periods.
10. Data Retention
DLZFW does not intend to retain YouTube API Data indefinitely.
Unless a longer period is expressly permitted by applicable YouTube policies:
- limited Non-Authorized YouTube API Data will be refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days;
- applicable Authorized Data will be refreshed or deleted within the applicable policy period;
- authorization status may be periodically revalidated;
- outdated or deleted YouTube data will be updated or removed where reasonably required.
YouTube currently requires limited Non-Authorized API Data to be deleted or refreshed within 30 days and imposes similar refresh/deletion requirements on most Authorized Data.
Information unrelated to YouTube API Services may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, security, accounting, or legal purposes.
11. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of personal information held by DLZFW.

Where the request relates to YouTube API user data, we will process the request as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services requirements.
YouTube Developer Policies currently require covered user-data deletion requests to be completed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days in applicable cases.
Deleting information from DLZFW systems does not automatically delete information stored directly by YouTube.
Users who wish to delete YouTube content must use YouTube or another authorized application that provides the applicable deletion functionality.
12. Publishing and Account Actions
If DLZFW AI supports an action involving an authorized Google or YouTube account, such as publishing a permitted reply, the relevant authorized user or authorized DLZFW personnel must have appropriate control over that action.
DLZFW does not permit use of its systems for:
- spam;
- deceptive engagement;
- abusive automated activity;
- unauthorized account actions;
- attempts to bypass YouTube restrictions;
- activities that violate YouTube’s Terms or Developer Policies.
YouTube policy requires users to be informed of, and expressly consent to, API-client actions that insert, update, share, or delete content on their behalf.
13. How We Share Information
DLZFW does not sell personal information or YouTube API Data.
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers that support our operations, such as:
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- hosting providers;
- database services;
- AI technology providers;
- security and monitoring providers;
- analytics providers;
- professional advisers where required.
Such providers may only process information as necessary to provide the relevant service and subject to applicable contractual, privacy, and security obligations.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
14. Artificial Intelligence Service Providers
Certain DLZFW AI features may send limited business-related text or contextual information to artificial intelligence service providers in order to generate summaries, classifications, drafts, or other workflow assistance.
DLZFW seeks to limit such information to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable function.
We do not intentionally provide Google or YouTube login credentials to AI service providers.

DLZFW websites may use cookies or similar technologies for:
- authentication;
- website functionality;
- security;
- session management;
- analytics;
- performance measurement.
Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies are used.

YouTube Developer Policies specifically require renewed user acceptance when an API Client begins using Authorized Data for materially different purposes not covered by the previously accepted privacy policy.
